What We Sell
Wildheart Homes offers a range of pre-construction planning packages designed to take your home build or renovation from concept through to construction ready. Each package is a professional service engagement, not a physical product and involves dedicated consultant time, expert guidance, site consultations and detailed documentation from our team.
Our current packages are:
- Feasibility Package: $950 AUD
- Design Package: $4,950 AUD
- Pre-Construction Package: $18,550 AUD
- Premium Package: $32,550 AUD
- Signature Package: $48,550 AUD
All packages include a Wildheart Home Build Planner (valued at $250) and a build credit applied toward your construction contract should you proceed with Wildheart Homes (excluding the Feasibility Package).
How to Purchase
Packages can be purchased securely through our website. Once payment is received, a member of our team will be in touch within 2 business days to confirm your engagement and schedule your first consultation.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Payment
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
For packages valued at $18,550 and above, please contact us directly if you would prefer to discuss payment arrangements prior to completing your purchase.
Build Credit
Each package includes a credit that can be applied toward your construction contract if you proceed with Wildheart Homes. Credit terms vary by package and are outlined on each product page. Credits are non-transferable and apply to new construction contracts with Wildheart Homes only.
Timelines
Package deliverables are completed over approximately 4 months from the date your engagement commences. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, council requirements and consultation scheduling.

Refund Policy
Our Commitment
Because our packages involve professional services, including consultant time, site visits, design work and documentation. We encourage all clients to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make sure you feel confident before you begin.
Change of Mind
As our packages involve the commencement of professional services, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis of change of mind once work has commenced.
If you change your mind before your engagement has commenced, that is, before your first scheduled consultation or any site visit has taken place. Please contact us within 5 business days of purchase and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Before Work Commences
If you have purchased a package and work has not yet commenced, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.
After Work Has Commenced
Once your engagement has commenced, including after your first consultation, onsite visit, or any documentation or design work has been undertaken. Refunds are not available for services already delivered.
If your circumstances change partway through a package, please contact us. We will assess what work has been completed and discuss options with you on a case-by-case basis.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Errors or Issues With Your Purchase
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or if there has been a technical error with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
